help!!!!!?

hi all!! i own a clio alize 1.4 x reg 2000 and it's a pain in the bum to put it bluntly!! my master key which is the central locking key has simply disintegrated! opened up the key and everything has fallen apart! i have been using a spare key for a while on the car as the immobiliser is very tempremental and will only accept one key...you can't swop keys because that is simply too hard for the clios brain! anyway the car would not start at all yesterday, the immobiliser goes off, the car turns over but will not ignite. my dad has tried everything he can with limited resources, even tried bypassing the immobiliser but with the master key totally bust it hasn't worked. help!!!!!!!!! i work shifts in a totally dodgy area so desperately need my car to work. im buying a ford next time!!!! thankx.
