where can I get 13mm tap tails?

did you have any luck getting tails?
I contacted Damixa who directed me to Bristan. Came back with "parts no longer available for this tap".
I find this hard to believe as the taps have only just come off the B&Q range.
Someone has said it's a reverse thread also.
