How can i fix my Bosch classixx?

Help me fix my Bosch classixx Please. It is on draining all the time even when you open the door tried tipping it to left side but no luck. I have allso put a few jugs of water in to see if this would help but it still stays on drain. I have stopped cycle and tried to start new one but still seems to be the same noise and stay s on when door opens.
