triton ivory2 8.5 not heating properly?

pressure is very low inspite of my other taps having very good cold water pressure but my shower pressure is very low and water is hardly warm.in such cold weather you cant take shower even.any one have any idea how to fix it or which part of my shower i have change to make it heat water properly and to have normal shower
