Combi boiler not being able to re-pressurise?

Hi I have a Saunier Duval thermal classic Fe24 combi boiler. The Problem is the pressure is at 0.7 which is low it needs to be at 1-1.5. I have turned knob/tap in put in more pressure but no pressure going in. This has worked in the pass but not this time. Any ideas please?????

There are two taps, you have to turn them both on to increase the pressure (don't forget to turn them both off once your pressure up:)

check for blockage of pressure guage pipe and union
(Lime-scale build up), you may be increasing the pressure but your guage is stuck?
