Pull the bottom of the panel forwards as you slide the panel downwards. You may need to use a foot in the door opening to add extra weight.

This is how to change the door seal on a bosch wfl 2462 GB, I guess your model won't be too different. You'll need a couple of different sized Torx screwdrivers (ones with the star shaped heads) and a couple of screwdrivers.
To remove the old seal, first prise out the sprung clip arrangement that sits in the channel around the front rim of the seal - this can be done with a couple of screwdrivers.
Then you need to completely remove the front panel of the machine (the panel the door is attached to). To do this, first remove the filter cap cover (bottom right of the machine). You'll find one screw under this cover, remove this screw, and then the entire bottom panel can be removed by pushing it to the right. After the bottom panel is removed, there will be 2 screws at the bottom of the front panel of the machine (one at each end). Remove both of these screws.
Now remove the detergent/conditioner dispenser tray (there's a little tab at the back of the tray that must be pressed down to allow you to slide it out completely). Once the tray is removed, you will see a few screws. The one you need to remove is at the bottom right of the 'gap' where the tray fits (this screw connects to the top of the front panel).
After this screw has been removed, you can remove the front panel by sliding it downwards. CAUTION - don't pull the cover off too hard, as there are wires which connect to the door lock arrangement. Take the cover off a little bit, and then unplug the wires. You can then remove the front cover completely.
After the front cover is off, you will find another retaining spring around the rim of the door seal on the drum side of the seal. Pull out this spring, and the old seal can then be removed.
Fit the new seal around the drum end (making sure that the 3 drain holes inside the seal are at the bottom) and refit the retaining spring (it's easier if you get another person to help hold the spring in whilst you fit it into the channel). Then re-fit the front cover of the machine (remember to plug the wires back into the door lock), and refit the bottom panel, filter cover & dispenser tray. Pull the rim of the door seal through the door of the machine, and fit it into the channel. All that remains is to fit the retaining spring arrangement around the rim of the door, and Bob's your uncle!
