Mend Canon IR5055

downloading on ir5055 notworking?

the ir5055 copier is not able to start the down load prossess it keeps give the message "can not connect copier with selected ip address. but i am using the recommended ip addresses for pc 172.16.1.161 and copier 172.16.1.100
please advice
PS I AM USING SERVICE SUPPORT TOOL Ver 4.04E
