how do i remove ''FAC'' from my TV Telefunken Model TTV 2926?

I have a problem with my TTV-2926 Telefunken, the ''Fac'' that appears in red on the top left hand corner of my TV is always there. Only when i press a certain button on my remote does it change to ''Factory'' and then i can change channels using the programme up and down buttons, but NOT with the numbers...i need to know how to change this so that there is not longer the ''Fac'' or ''Factory'' there\r\nThanks
