Mend Vauxhall Corsa Merit Instrument Panel Light

How can I fix the instrument panel lights in my 1995 corsa merit?

The two bulbs that light up the instrument panel in my 95 corsa merit have stopped working. I've changed the bulbs, tried a different instrument panel and checked the fuse but the result is always the same. Everything else works exept those two bulbs! Am I missing something or is it a problem in the wiring loom maybe???
