My DC07 clutch has failed and I am trying to remove the unit. I have everything removed/loosened with the exception of the clutch selector knob. The Dyson sight suggests using a screwdriver to release the two snaps on either side of the knob. I have searched and explored but not found the method for releaseing these snaps. Without pulling that knob it looks near impossible to pull the clutch.
If anyone has practical experience removing this, all help would be greatly appreciated.
