Hi George,dont know if you have tried this but your temp.sensor could be at fault which is monitored by an ecu which then dictates how much fuel is delivered into engine ,obviously the colder it is the more fuel required until normal operating temp. is reached,but would try and source one at a scrappy to try,it is very difficult to pinpoint these faults and you could spend loads of money guessing and getting nowhere but good luck anyway
