skoda octavia AT?

Hi

I happen to be in posession of a skoda automatic Diesel octavia 2004

It has clocked 65 K
Recently the fan in front of the atf cooler conked off due to which i faced transmission shifting peoblem

I changed the fan and the problem disappeared

Recently the problem appeared in a different fashion wherein the auto shifter from 1st to 2nd did not work it rather went into neutral wherein the rpm increases acceleration but the car does not move

I downshifted to 1 and drove it home

Cleaned the ATF cooler

The problem still remains, it is good for a few minutes then the snag re appears

I cannot locate the level gauge for the ATF

Please assist
