my hotpoint aqu CTD00 is cold?

the tumble dryer is running cold and not heating up, I have cleaned the filters taken back off drained the water, dried the polestyrene off, taken the side plate off checked all the connections taken the side off cleaned and removed fluff but it's still running cold
