Kenwood E1 error?

Kenwood dishwasher (kdw1274w)
Getting an E1 error
Checked the hose and water inlet no problems.
Have removed the side and tapped the inlet valve. Still keeping getting error
When machine is turned on water enters the machine (you can see it flowing into the plastic box on the side and down into the machine. If you open the machine there is water inside; however after a couple of minutes the E1 code pops up beeps and the machine stops.
Any ideas?
