tappets on pioneer nevada 125?

as far as i can remember that is a twin cylinder honda engine copy ??just like a honda cb125 tdc engine so remove the rocker cover and get the left hand cyclinder on top dead centre on the compression stroke using the kick start and set them to .08 on the inlets and .12 on the exhausts turn the engine over 180 degrees and set number two cylinder the same.it sounds like its only running on one cylinder if its thats slow.
