Mend Fob Working Start

Faulty Key Fob?

My chip stopped working in my key fob. I was unable to start my car well some time's it would start and some times not. It cost £75.00 for the chip to be replaced. I still could not use my central locking I had a new battery put into my key fob, and it's still not working can someone please help!!!!
