The pivot in my Nissan Micra wing mirror is broke. Do I have to replace the?

whole thing?!

My wing mirror was knocked whilst I was away from my car. On closer inspection, the case is still fine, the glass mirror is still fine and the electronics are still fine.

The only thing that is broken is the pivot connecting the wing mirror to the car.

At the moment, it is just sticky tape holding it all on.

Is there any way I can replace the pivot without having to buy a full wing mirror unit. They seem awfully expensive!
