how can i fix my renault scienic megane?

how can i fix my dashboard problem,speedo, water temp gauge.rev counter, fuek gauge,odometer,and gaershift select window on dash (auto gearbox) all do not work but if i take out memo inject fuse and then put it back in the dash will work for a while but then stops working again
