concealed cistern not working properly Europa MY-8009 WALL HUNG WC?
recently installed a wall hung wc with concealed cistern in the wall,the flush sometimes gets stuck or sometimes it does not fill up with water.please help. it is one of those plastic fitting inside . i tried opening and and putting it together, it flushes once then gets stuck again. and sometimes it does not fill up again with water.
I've got two of these. Both have problems. The first one always flushes ok but does not stop refilling. I have to press both buttons to stop refilling. The 2nd wc is the worst - the levers get displaced and stop working. I have to dismantle. Not ideal but I would like to replace the guts of the wc with a higher quality fittings if possible....

I am having the same problem, it has little hooked leavers that are connected to a screw (horizontal) then the push plate presses the head of the plastic screw which lifts the lever and flushes. However, my levers do not come all the way back so the toilet just runs and trickles water into the bowl without stopping. has anyone got any advice on how to deal with this. We have to have the push plate off so we can fiddle with the screw and hooks to get it to close. Any help appreciated.
