scantronic 9448+ outside bell does not sound when it should, but the sounder in the house does,has the outside sounder got it's own battery or is it fed from main battery?
My sound box 2of are not working ,we’re can I get 2 thanks .

both my friend,the bell box has a sab module,its fed twelve volts from the control panel and returns same to the panel,if it loses the voltage,then it triggers,you can do do a bell test by pressing 4 enter then your code,the internal sounder will sound for 3 secs,then the external sounder will sound for 3 secs if it does not,then you have a bell box prob

The external sounder should have its own battery. However this will not be your problem.
There is a problem with the sounder/the panel/ the wiring.
Get testing with a meter, and prove each part one by one by one.
Or call an engineer should take a competent one 5 minutes to prove the equipment, then quote you on a remedy.
