Mend Vauxhall Corsa 1.0 Sounds Car Driving

corsa 1.0 sounds like a diesel?

got a corsa 1.0 when idling car sounds ok but when you start driving and accelarating its sounds as if the exhaust is blowing had it checked out but exhaust is ok any body got any idea what the problem could be ive had a couple people say its the time belt
