How do i re-install everything on my tomtom?

My wife bought me a Tomtom while living in Tenerife. It only had Europe on it. Since then we have moved back to the UK. So i tried to install the UK map from my pc, but found out that there wasn't enough memory left to put it on. So i wiped off southern europe. Unfortunately, i managed to wipe off everything, and didnt even manage to install the UK. I now have a Tomtom which is totally clear. Any suggestions please. Can i copy it from another Tomtom
