my advice would have to be DONT touch the air bag untill you disconnect the battery for at least 30 mins (some only the ignition switch) but check with the dealers & while you are there find out if they work off the same fuse/ or relay & if so prob solved lolif not then buy a haynes service & repair manual best investment you can make! the mount of times i say that i wish i was the one who sold them wud make some money but i dont lol but will save you a bomb or again you can get them from your library for 4 weeks free!

Sounds like you have a wiring problem going to the horn and airbag because both are in the same plACE
