When you push the button to flush the toilet it is not returning and the water keeps flowing, can take the cover off the front but cannot get to the whole of the system due to fitted worktop with sink conneced.
Syphon/flush part must be sticking open, chances are you will have to take pan out to gain access, if furniture then the big board at the back of the pan will lift up and out if the smaller panel above is removed first. Not always necessary to take pan out if the panel behind has been cut out fully
