sounds like the pipe which takes the water out of the boile ris frozen i had the same proble poured hot water ove rthe pipe outside and it sorted it

EA fault (not E4?) refers to ignition fault.
Either failing to light, or failing to establish flame, ensure the gas is on and available, if yes, then it's not something for you to mess with as it's gas related.
