Mend Belling XOU60MS Failure Light Fuse

A Belling fastlite model XOU60MS?

Following a power failure the timer light comes on but the cooker does not. Fuse in plug ok, power on wall unit ok. Is there any other fuse on the appliance that needs to be checked?
