acoustic solutions tv combo?

I have a 15 ins tv combo make acoustic solutions tv combo.
You can buy an adapter lead to turn it to 12v, which i did.

But when i wired it up, i put the nutral wire to live and the live to nutral.

Can you tell me what damage this would have done, because it dose not work on 12v or 240.
