9 times out of ten the door interlock causes them to sit there doing bugger all, cheap and easy to change. 2 screws at the front,pull of the door seal plastic ring removethe rubber door eal from its rim.you can slide your hand in the gap and pull the door lock out. there is a plug or plugs that pull off and some times a rubber tube as well that is a safty feature and must always be pushed back on to the replacement lock.WARNING TURN OFF AT MAINS FIRST...
