Mend Charnwood Water Central Heating

No hot water?

I have just had a wood burning stove(with back boiler) installed. The central heating is working, but when you run the hot water the pump comes on and it works for about 10 seconds then the water stops. It's a Charnwood stove and we have cleared all any airlocks.
