how can i fix my seat ibiza y reg radio?

Mu seat Ibiza Y reg has developed what I now know is a common preoblem with the car! Radio turns itself on and drains battery. Seat wont help because the guarantee has run out even though I believe they are aware of the problem. By the way this radio display also controls the climate control unit and the clock. Can anyone help, please.
