Mend Vauxhall Vectra 2.2 Headlight Electrical Bulbs

Headlight problem?

Vauxhall vectra 2.2 "52" When the igntion is turned on the heahlights come on the wipers will not work and if i move the indicator left or right the two indicator bulbs flash together and very fast (just as if a bulb is out) but if i put the hazard warning switch on they flash as normal.
