Mend Triton T100e Shower Electric Overflow

IHow can I fix my shower?

Hello
I have a Triton T100e electric shower. When I turn on the water it comes out of the shower nozzle and what looks like an overflow pipe running down from the copper boiling unit.
Is this terminal?

I had this problem. I phoned triton (024 7637 2222) and they charged me £8.75 for a replacement "pressure relief device" which i then fitted my self. Sorted!
