I have an 03 Skoda Fabia (hatchback) and this morning the boot wouldnt open. It is central locking and the other doors work but not the boot. There is no key hole thingy to use my key to open it.
I am worried if it is electrical that the other doors will fail and I'll get lock out (or in!!) to it!
Can anyone suggest a simple solution before I go off down to the expensive garage?
Boot won't open wen u try by hand there's a buzzing sound

HI, if you open the nearside rear door and leave it open, the tailgate/ boot should open, its a electrical earth fault. try taking the passenger side plastic off infront of the door and clean the earth connection.
