My Bosch Classix 1000 is not taking in fabric conditioner?

My washing machine has not been taking in the fabric conditioner for a couple of weeks. I have taken the drawer out, cleaned it, cleaned the holes above it, cleaned the rubber round the door, drained the filter (nothing in it but water) - all to no avail. Any ideas?
