flexible toilet waste pipe?

I accidentally leant on the flexible waste pipe coming from my toilet, which goes into a hole in the floor. Now I cannot reconnect it properly, it now leaks slightly. Oh by the way I was not cuddling the toilet after a night out, I was cleaning behind it . many thanks
