Mend Renault Megane Scenic Windscreen Working

How do I fix the front windscreen fans on a Renault Megane Senic?

The front windscreen fans are not working and my local garage quoted 350 pounds to repair. I wondered could I fix it myself? They said the front windscreen fan motor has gone, is it easy to replace as I had a quote for 130 pounds for a new motor - massive difference!
