d/washer appears stuck in half wash mode?

Hi,
I have a kenwood d/washer model KDW12ST3A and i used the half wash cycle for the first time a week ago. since then it appears stuck in that mode as the bottom arm does not spin. i assume there is a valve somewhere which controls the water flow but does anyone have any ideas as to what i can do?
