Mend Saunier Duval Time Turn Cut

How can I set the day and time on my Saunier Duval boiler?

I can't turn the heating on unless the day and time are set and we've had a power cut so the clock has been blanked. However I don't seem to be able to re-enter the time or day and therefore am without heating. The hot water works but isn't as hot as normal. It is an old Saunier Duval boiler.
