Mend Triton Rapide 3 Plus Fault Putting Water

Triton Rapide 3 Plus Thermal Cutout wiring fault?

I have a Triton 3 Plus shower that was only putting out cold water. On inspection I found that one of the brown wire connectors had corroded away and enough heat had been created to meld two wire jackets together and minor heat damage to the top of the shower assembly casing.

Is this retrievable?

yes replace connector tape up any bare wires and clean up any debris off the top of tank,make sure the lid is a good seal and not distorted
