Mend Good Start Problem

no voltage at fuel pump relay good but wont start?

i have no voltage at the pump but the relay is good my truck wont start and we have put a new fuel pump in it whats the problem?

If the relay delivers power to the pump - and the relay is "good" - then either no power is arriving at the relay to be sent to the pump - or no power is leaving the relay - or the wiring between the relay and the pump is defective

As I know nothing of motor vehicles the make model and year do not matter to me.
