hi guys ..ive had the triton spellbind 10.5 kw shower for over a couple yrs and now has finally stop working properly .It was working fine then when i went to shut it down it sounded like it was blocked and then the next time i went to use it ,little tiny black bits came out the shower head and now it wont heat the water max 16 c.
Any help would be appreciated before i call somebody out or get a new shower .thanks
if you press the top 2 buttons together the cs red light will go back to normal

The very same shower is playing up for me! Says CS which I know means clean shower head. I soaked it in vinegar overnight as suggested by an electrician who came to fit a shower for me some years ago. Has made no difference. It is still working at the moment but slightly less power so is probably on its way out again. New showerhead required maybe

at a rough guess it has blown an element and needs replacing
