Herga no longer replace these free of charge - they sell them in packs of 4 for about £21 + VAT + postage Frown.
Best bet is to check on eBay. For button model 6442, you need the "internal bellow" which is part number 6444-04.

don't use Herga, buy a new/ replacement switch.
They now have minimum sale of £25!!! so you have to BUY 3!!!! Have obviously decided customer service and good feedback on sites such as this not important when they can make bigger sales/ profit.

I had the same problem with split bellows inside the pushbutton. As a temporary repair, I cut the finger off a latex glove and slipped it over the complete bellows. Not sure how long it will last for but working fine for now!

Bad news is that Herga now charge £7.20 for a replacement bellows unit but this is still cheaper than £22 plus for a complete new unit. I have managed to make a temporary repair to the bellows using electrical insulation tape which should hold until the bellows unit arrives.

Ask Trevor or anyone at Herga customer service. They are ace and will tell you to pull the diaphragm housing apart and replace the diaphragm with the FOC one they will send you. What a helpful firm.

This was a really useful website. I had the same problem with my Herga 6442 push button toilet flush. I took it all apart, found the split in the bellows and phoned the number provided above. They are posting out a couple of spare bellows for free today.

Also phoned Herga on 01284 701422 and a very nice lady is sending me a new rubber bellows for free, even though the equipment is 5 years old. That's what I call great service!
