hi have a zanussi progress washing machine n the drum doesnt move but can be manually its not making any weird noise and drains water away but wont spin anyone know whats wrong with it
if the belt is still on I would say the motor brushes are worn out and need replacing.you can lay the machine on its back and remove the brushes from the bottom.if the carbon bit is less than 10mm it will need replacing
