My Liebherr fridge/freezer: fridge not working while freezer fine?

We had many problems with our liebherr appliance and since the company which liebherr use to contract the work out to has gone into administration we only by chance got lucky when we found the contact details of www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk they service the london area they came out and within a few minutes found and rectified the fault with our fridge and everything has been working fine since.
