Triton Rapide 4, water running continuously?

When power is applied to Triton Rapide 4, the water is running continuously. The water will stop if I either disconnect the water solenoid connectors or disconnect the front panel multiplug. This eliminates a fault with the water solenoid and the water solenoid relay. What is the potential faulty part. I can work to component level repairing.
