my strider scooter is losing power a 4mph-8mph?

my scooter seems to be losing power the batterys have been checked and its had a service.

You may have a bad joint in the motor leads or on the battery terminals but more likely the batteries have got reduced capacity and cant supply enough voltage under load at that speed. Get the batteries load tested.
