Mend Pioneer Cd Radio

Pioneer - ejects CD and resets radio on startup?

My Pioneer cd/radio ejects any CD i have inside and resets all the radio station presets upon startup of the car. I believe a wire is crossed, but don't know much about car audio. please advise?
