Mend Worcester Bosch 28LE Central Heating Diverter Valve

How can I fix my boiler, Worcester,Bosch 28LE ?

cannot get any hot water and the central heating will not Work either,have checked the pressure, still will not work,have been told I need a new diverter valve but I do not want to order in case this is not the case, have no manual to check, can you help me please

i would be a bit careful there as if diverter plays up u get either hot water or heating not neither u can call Worcester they have a service helplinehttp://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk
