Tip: Data transfer may not work properly if the connection to your computer is via a USB hub or keyboard.
Reset your navigation device.
Connect your navigation device to your computer. Then switch on your device.
TomTom HOME starts.
If HOME offers a new application, click Back.
Delete the TomTom application from your device and computer by clicking Manage my navigation device.
Reinstall the application by clicking Update my device.
Safely disconnect your device.
