Reset your navigation device.

Connect your navigation device to your computer. Then switch on your device.

TomTom HOME starts.

If HOME offers a new application, click Back.

Delete the TomTom application from your device and computer by clicking Manage my navigation device.

Reinstall the application by clicking Update my device.

Safely disconnect your device.

If this doesnt help call 866-4tomtmom and tell them you already performed a 9091 and need to try a 2053. The Customer Service rep will be able to email the correct troubleshooting process
