Do NOT overfill, it will aeriate the fluid making it expand and come out the breather. Dexron11 should be fine for this. If it is actually low check the flexible pipes going to rad and rusty steel pipes.

Assuming you have an Auto box? then it's "Dextron ll" 6.2 litres for a full system refill, or if you have the manual then it's "ATF-A" 1.5 litres
